Due to the internal business merger of Kobelco Construction Machinery Co., Ltd, the crane business section and excavator business section also adjusted correspondingly in China: both Chengdu Kobelco Cranes Co., Ltd and Kobelco Cranes (Shanghai) Co., Ltd were closed, all of the business and responsibilities related to crane had been taken over and will be performed by BJZT, which including:

· The sales of Kobelco crane machines;

· Technical services (including spare parts sales and crane repairing & maintenance business);

· The customization of crane operational solutions and technical plans.
